It is a control by the Ministry of Defence to ensure that the property you attend to buy is not in a rural area, outside the borders of a municipality and also controls if it is within the military zone or not. It normally takes 2 months but because of the significant rising of the applications, it sometimes takes longer due to the backlog.

 Do i need to get residence permit ?
