DESTI KEBAB
Deep within the anatolia region in the center of Turkey, lies the town of Yozgat, where they have a most unusual if not completely orginal cooking method; the desti kebap. This delicious dish, traditionally made with lamb sealed in a clay pot or “desti kebap” and cooked in a charcoal oven. Because the desti is completely sealed before cooking. It has to be broken at the table to reveal it’s unique flavour. Zeki’s is the only restaurant in Fethiye where you will enjoy this traditional taste of Anatolia. From now on beef, chicken or see food desti kebap is available.
